    Hi Brajesh,

    thank you for your feedback. I deleted BuddyCommerce and then installed it again. Unfortunately this didn’t help.

    Can’t you just make your adjustments from the staging also in the live? I mean then it should work right?

    I don’t exactly understand what you mean with this “I had updated the endpoint for edit address in woocommerce settings. I don’t think that is the reason.”

    I am still wondering what could be causing it.

    I can put my changes on live server(I will need access for the same).

    About “I had updated the endpoint for edit address in woocommerce settings. I don’t think that is the reason.”

    WooCommerce allows us to edit some of the slugs being used on the site. I had updated one of that.

    Please disable BuddyCommerece and check if you are able to update the shipping address from default WooCommerece account page?

    If yes, then, Please re-enable BuddyCommerce and disable Youzer/Youzify and test the same.

    Please let me know what do you observe.

    Hi Brajesh,

    after disabling the “Buddycommerce” plugin I was able to change and save the address.

    Disabling Youzify didn’t made any difference. The issue sitll appears.

    Hi Binok,
    I am sorry, I am not sure what is causing the issue on your live server. Due to the language issues, I am not confident that I understand what is going on there.

    Can you temporarily create another sandbox/staging from the live site where we can test the changes?
