    Is this the plugin you meant – “Buddypress Activity +” by WPMU Dev?
    This is the one I had contacted you about initially.

    I contacted them yesterday, but they have only said –
    We will let you know. I even chatted with them, but got no help.
    When they will, they only know!

    As I said when I contacted you with this issue,
    I have a problem with …
    “Buddypress Activity +” by WPMU Dev.

    As an admin I am able to post photos, video and links…
    but my users are NOT able to post the link – they are able to post photos and videos.

    Please help.

    Hi Veena,
    I just installed the plugin and tested. It is working fine for subscribers even using links. My guess is it is conflicting with something else.

    Is there a chance that you are using any activity related plugin like wall/wire/privacy/share etc? Try disabling them and checking .

    Please do test and let me know. In the mean time, can you please tell me what error did you see when you tried adding a link as subscriber user?

    Trust you are well.
    You promised to provide me support and a fix for the issue I have stated in this thread.
    Sadly, after sending you 2 emails on the same and 4 days having gone by –
    Not only have you failed to support –
    You have not even bothered to respond.
    Extremely disappointed with you!

    I am glad that you feel disappointed.

    You expect me to provide instant free support over the weekends. I am sorry but I don’t do that. The weekends are not for free(or paid) support. You need to respect others time.

    As I had promised you I guided you to disable/enable plugins over the emails. Instead of providing me a temporary account on the site you asked me to register on the site, why would I do that on a site that does not even interest me a bit?
    I stopped right there.

    If you need support, you need to make it easy to help and you should not take it for granted. The issue does not even concerned our plugins and your words seems like it is my duty to support it.

    I am sorry but I don’t do that and will not provide support on this any further.

    You should make the terms clear.
    Dou know the meaning of being professional?
    Just because you are sitting here,

    Do you think that you are a gift to mankind?

    Was your support not free on Friday too?

    You just proved to the world –
    How good you are in customer support-
    And how rude and unprofessional you are.

    As for wanting your support, I do not want it.
    Coz very clearly, you have no idea of what the issue is

    Rest assured, I do not take the services of such sites
    Where rude people like you exist!
