    No issues.

    Please visit dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Additional css and add this

    
.mpp-upload-container-inactive .mpp-upload-container-close {
    display: none;
}

    That will fix it.

    It seems to be a theme conflict.
    Please let me know if it works or not?

    One more small question

    When you click on the image to be uploaded, a red cross will appear on the right. Is this normal design? As in the picture below.

    Yes, that is expected. That is used to close the dropzone(the dashed area).
