if i drag and drop 50 images into a mediapress gallery, for example, an activity event is triggered for each image … This then spams the entire ActivityStream.
Is it possible to create only one activity entry for uploads of several images at the same time.
That would be very helpful.
Thanks for your helpHi Maurice,
Thank you for the question.
There is a setting for this. Please visit Dashboard->MediaPress->Settings->BuddyPress and disable creating activity for individual uploads.
After that, you can publish the bulk media to activity from media manage pages.Regards
Brajeshi can not found this feature ??
here is the screenshot of the settingsHi Maurice,
Thank you.Please take a look.

BrajeshHi Maurice,
Once you disable that, if you upload media to gallery, It will notify you of the media not published in activity. You can then publish the media to activity as bulk.MediaPress is not aware on its own when a queue for upload has ended, so we have either auto publish for individual emdia or bulk publish where the uploader needs to click a button.

BrajeshHi Maurice,
The current implementation shows you the notice on your Gallery’s manage page(edit gallery where the uploaded media list is shown).Regards
Brajesh
