Wasn’t sure where to put this~

These 2 plugins conflict and I need them to work!

    https://buddydev.com/plugins/buddypress-multi-network/

When multi-network plugin is active, you can’t create/save field groups from Xprofile.

    Hi Zach,

    Welcome to BuddyDev forums.

The issue is not caused by either of the plugins above.

BuddyPress has a bug which manifests when multiblog/multi network mode is enabled(It was when I had checked last time). You may disable the xprofile custom field types and the error will appear.

I will need to setup multi network and check for the error/solution again(I vaguely remember changing 1 line in xprofile admin).

I will update you on Monday.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi Zach,
I have tested the plugins today.

    1.I have BuddyPress Network Active
    2. I have BuddyPress Multi Network Netwk active
    3. I have following code in bp-custom.php

    define( 'BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG', true );

    4. I have BP Xprofile Custom Field Types Network active

For each of the sites, I went to Settings->BuddyPress and saved the component screen(It recreates table if needed).

After that, I am logged in as super admin and was able to create custom field without any issue. The bug I was referring to seems to be fixed in BP.

Are you following the above stpes?

    Regards
    Brajesh

    My Buddypress isn’t network active.

It’s only active on some sub-sites.

My Buddypress Multi Network is network active.

Xprofile Custom Field Types is only active on some sub-sites.

I haven’t saved the component screen, I’ll have to try that out.

As of right now, when I’m logged in as super admin I’m unable to save the field groups I create.

I will suggest saving the components and retying field group creation.

    That should work.

I haven’t tested with non network active BuddyPress but I do not foresee any issue.

    Regards
    Brajesh
