    Hello, I have BuddyBoss theme and platform. I want to add profile tabs to my site and they recommended me to install BuddyPress User Profile Tabs Creator Pro. When I tried to active the plugin, it gave me an error.

    What should I do?

    Hi Irina,
    Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.

    1. You should not use BuddyPress and BuddyBoss together. The error seems to be a product from that. As far as I see, You have activated BuddyPress not BuddyPress User Profile Tabs Creator and that’s why the BuddyBoss Platform pro is throwing error.

    Please delete BuddyPress and your site will work fine. Also, Here is a link to profile Tabs Creator Pro,

    This is the plugin you will need with BuddyBoss for custom tabs.

    Thank you for a quick response. I did not realize I downloaded the wrong thing. BuddyBoss article had the wrong plugin linked. Do you have a free version of that plugin?
