Olivier BourgeoisHi Olivier,
Do you want to create it from the front end or the backend? There is an issue with the front end gallery creation shortcode(which is fixed on our github repo).
Can you please let me know if that works for you?
Thank you
BrajeshI need to create through the backend a sitewide gallery and the short code will be placed on a custom post type page
I can create a gallery but not set it as “sitewide” and when i place the short code on the page and a user click on one picture of the gallery he his redirected to the galleries page of WPADMIN

All the last galley i create have a “status” empty and “component” empty in the list of the backend galleries
Hi Olivier,
can you please help em understand the following:-1. From MediaPress->settings, is the Sitewide gallery component enabled?
2. On Gallery Create Scree from the backend, do you see the component dropdown for sitewide gallery?
3. is it a multisite install?
Also, are you using the MediaPress version from WordPress.org repo or github?
I appreciate your help in understanding the issue.
Thank you
BrajeshHi
1) sitewide gallery is enables
2) No and this is probably the problem …
3) Not a multisite
Using the wordrepress version of MediapressBest regards
OlivierHello Olivier,
I have checked with a demo SiteWide Gallery created from Backend. It is working perfectly alright. But it seems your membership plugin conflicting when it comes to show that gallery on WordPress page using Shortcode. When I marked page membership to free member gallery was showing on frontend.
May I ask a question?. Why are you using single gallery Shortcode as it is already available.
Thanks
Ravi
