[Resolved] Update WordPress 5.5 – Mediapress shows no Galleries ??

    hi,

    since update from wordpress 5.5. shows mediapress no galleries!!
    no show with shortcodes, plugins, widgets ???

    You know this problem ??

    I am going to check and get back to you within 2 hours. I am not sure whay would it stop.

    Are you using MediaPress with BuddyPress or without BuddyPress?

    Yes Mediapress with Buddypress!

    But i have deactivate all Plugins (include Buddypress).

    and Then mediapress only with sitewide gallerys … the same … no pictures

    This recent wordpress update will break a lot of themes and plugins due to the upgrade to jquery migrate

    But the wordpress team provided a fallback solution at https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

    It is not the issue.

    I have located the issue. It is related to strict type checking. I am pushing an update within couple of hours.
