    Hi Ravi,

    It’s been working for a good while with my theme, so I don’t think it’s theme related. I tried deactivating some plugins that I just added, still doing it.

    From the console, the java error in mediapress uploader.js is

    wp.media.model.settings.post is undefined

    Does that throw any light on it?

    Sorry, what I meant to say was, it brings up the file selector, and lets you choose a file, but then doesn’t do anything and doesn’t show an error.

    Gotcha, the problem was being caused by another plugin “Autoptimize” so many plugins to get working well together.. thanks for your help Brajesh.

    This is from the debug log, the notice is being thrown by the sites includes/functions.php ?

    “has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0! Usage of user levels is deprecated. Use capabilities instead.”

    Is an error that keeps getting logged.. I did a search through my plugin files and found it in these files. I’m also now not able to see private messages, or create new posts. Don’t know if it is related to the problem, but some of these are creating debug errors.
