I had to block website overnight because we had a bruteforce attack yesterday, but the site is open again for now.

According to your explanation I understand now how it works, that’s great. I have changed in Frontend the “visible to” status to Public and the pics/albums of the users are visible to the public.

Actually, I have tested it and point 1. was set up correctly but I have saved again the settings in Buddyblog Dashboard and all of a sudden the Featured Image is enabled in Frontend as it should 😀

Hi guys,
I wanted to ask if anybody could help me to make it possible to enable the option “Change Featured Image” when editing the blog.
Since the new update of Buddyblog, the user cannot change anymore the featured image when editing the blog, means the “Change Featured Image” link has disappeared when the user clicks to edit his blog and he can only change the images inside the editor but not the featued image.

Hi Brajesh,
I use Buddyblog only for editing, for creating blogs I use the said other plugin.
The other plugin has more customization in Dashboard that I need in order to moderate the posts before they get published, that’s why I am using it. But with that plugin the user cannot edit the post after publishing, therefore I use Buddyblog to edit the blogs and it works perfectly this way.
The solution will be then, when the user clicks on ” You haven’t posted anything yet -> “Create New Post” that he will be redirected to the page https://www.mywebsite/create-new-blog that I use to create a new blog.
