Certainly, Where can I buy this?
RT Media have a similar one plugin. Theirs you set the threshold to 0 reports so everything is hidden until admin moderates it.

Ive worked out that I can only open up my own galleries in this Gallery Lightbox… can it be set so all galleries open up in it?
