    Thanks so much for your help. The issue was as you stated relating to a tab that had the ‘is default component’ set. At least this way folks can see in the case notes what occurred.

    I really appreciate your help. The plug-in is awesome.

    disregard, we figured it out. there was another entry and once removed everything started working.
