Thank you for sharing. I have checked and I was successfully able to upload video to global shared gallery. It seems MediaPress local Transcoder causing the problem. Please give it a shot after deactivating this plugin.

Hello Luke,

Thank you for sharing the details. With multi select fields ‘=’ and ‘!=’ operators are not supported. Regarding the problem it seems BuddyPress store ‘&’ as ‘&’ in database. So I have tried value as ‘Sports & Entertainment’ with in operator and successfully group is adding to the related members. Please have a look
