Hi Kino,
Thank you.I don’t understand the issue with upload as I haven’t seen it ever.
Also, The default template is bare bones, not much styling as we wanted to let theme authors do it as they please. It does not seem to be adopted much, we will add another template style to make it more presentable.
Also, I will take a look at the rtmedia plugin and see if we can get some inspiration from them on UI front.Early next year, we will be able to do so.

Hi Sir,
In that case, Either you need to mark a gallery as Globally Shared or let users create their own gallery. To allow users create gallery, you can use shortcode [mpp-create-gallery]

Hi Sir,
Since you are using “for”, It only lists gallery of the logged in user. Does the user visiting page has some gallery? For the other work, will be following up with a private reply.

Hi Kino,
Thank you.If possible, Please let me know what features of RT Media you like and what you dislike about MediaPress. That will help us make it better.
I know that Lightbox is one of the things which needs immediate attention.

Hi Andi,
Thank you for posting.I am sorry but it is not easily doable.
The redirect happens in function ‘bp_core_screen_signup’ and there is no apparent way to stop it.
The only feasible option is to unhook this function and provide a compatible implementation for handling registration.
My suggestion will be to avoid using BuddyPress registration page for allowing users to change their membership type.
Create some other page to allow users select the membership type if feasible.

Hi Kino,
Thank you.
Happy Holidays to you too.The RT Media privacy filters on ‘bp_activity_get_user_join_filter’, ‘bp_activity_get_user_join_filter’ and changes our query.
At the moment, It is not feasible to make these two plugins(with privacy) compatible.
Sorry about this.

Thank you. That makes sense now.
The Member Type Field assumes that you have Xprofile on.
No, You don’t need to turn on any of these. Please make sure to not use the Member Type field.
We might have to slightly tweak the code since the user upload is disabled.
Please give the above code a try and let me know if it works or not. If not, I can tweak it a little.
