By default, WordPress remembers the login for 24 hours(in browser) and 14 days(if the remember me is checked).If they are complaining, they are most probably opening site in incognito mode and there is no solution for that.
Otherwise, you may want to investigate if any of the security related plugin you are using and if they are limiting it.

Thank you.That depends on whether the post type is public or private. If a post type is private and you have activity integration enabled, It will appear in your personal stream.
If the post type is public, It will appear in the sitewide stream.

Thank you for using the plugin.When creating a tab, Please type the group name in the right sidebar Associated Group box. You can select the group there. The tab will be available in that group only.
