The problem is most probably related to the theme using an action twice.
BeeHive is a premium theme and we don’t have access to it. Please share a copy if feasible. That will allow me to look into it and find a solution.

Thank you fro your patience.
1. In the Dashboard->MediaPress->Settings, enable the Sitewide gallery and configure it as needed.
2. Create a page and put the shortcode shown in the screenshot

The shortcode will allow users to create sitewide galleries. These galleries are only editable/uploadable by the user who created it.
