    It was a Maria issue. We migrated from CentOS 7 with Maria 5 to Ubuntu 18 with Maria 10 and all is well. Thank you.

    Here is our server information. I just updated to 7.3.8 for PHP for one of the sites.

    Server version: 5.5.60-MariaDB – MariaDB Server

    Single Install. Same issue on several different sites on the same server. Most recent version of WP and PHP.

    The plugin activates just fine and we get the settings screen and the badge creation screen. Nothing saves or is created. I’ll send the db error in a private reply.
