I got plugin could not be activated because it generated a fatal error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class BP_Extended_User_Groups_Widget_Helper in /wp-content/plugins/bp-extended-user-groups-widget-master/bp-extended-user-groups-widget.php on line 25

I effect what I am looking to do is to reduce the number of activity items displayed when the user clicks on the profile/activity button.

Actually thinking about it, it was the groups you helped me with, I think I made that change all by mtself, but either way I would appreciate your advice.

Hi Brajesh, did you ever complete this please?

Unfortunately that did not work, neither did copying my three column template file to childtheme/buddypress.php

I’ve looked all over the web and have got no new ideas.

I’ve realised a workaround that will set all of BuddyPress to three column – change my site default to three column then manually set every page to two column. I’d reall like to avoid doing that for obvious reasons.

Any ideas why BuddyPress is not picking up my new members/single/index.php?

    Thanks Brajesh,

I went into the settings and enabled everything but I still do not get the option to set featured media, in either edit media view – frontend and backend.

Hi Brajesh, I took a look at mpp-featured-media and I think it’s really promising and possibly exactly what I’m looking for. I was unable to test it however because there was nowhere I could set any media as featured.

I found a great little plugin called Content Aware sidebars that allows you to swap out the standard sidebars for customer sidebars on specific BP pages, I think this is half the task sorted, all I need to do now is to set the BP template to be three column. I believe I can do this by copying my themes three column pages php file into theme/buddypress.php, can’t try it right now, will try later.
