    Hello –

    I purchased the support for the Local Transcoder plugin and I need help configuring and getting it running. I belive my problem is with FFMPEG on my Ubuntu server running on AWS.

    Thank you for purchasing the support.

    Please provide access details(ssh) for the server to allow us check it.
    Also, I will need WordPress admin details to check if it is configured properly.
