    Hi Issam ,
    Thank you for the video.

Can you please confirm the following:-

    1. Is the registration page on the main site or a sub site?
    2. Have you saved the Dashboard->Settings->BuddyPress->Components after enabling multi network on that site? Ix the xprofile component enabled here?

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Thank you for confirming.

Is the profile page of the user being accessed on main site and not the sub site? Or is that a domain mapped sub site(I am not sure due to the site language).

    Please let me know.

PS:- In case we need further investigation, can you please let me know if you are comfortable with checking a few details in phpmyadmin/cpanel.

    Regards
    Brajesh

Sorry for the delay, I didn’t check my email notifications.

    – Is the profile page of the user being accessed on main site and not the sub site?
Answer: The profile page of the user is (created and) accessed through the sub site.

    – Or is that a domain mapped sub site(I am not sure due to the site language).
Answer: Sincerely I not sure. And sorry for that.

    – PS:- In case we need further investigation, can you please let me know if you are comfortable with checking a few details in phpmyadmin/cpanel.
Answer: Sure, let me know whenever you need those details.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Issam,
    Thank you for the reply.

    1. Can you please check the blog id for the sub site and then check if the xprofile tables are created for that specific site?

    Thank you
    Brajesh

    Hi Issam,
Yes, those are the tables. They should be created for each site.

I do not see any reason why would it not appear on your site then. Can you please click on the tables and check if the have data entries?

    Regards
    Brajesh
