    Hi,

    1. Here is the code for linking to user

    Please create a Text field in the dashboard->User->Profile fields screen and get the field id as shown in the screenshot below.

    Please make sure that you have “Autolink” disabled for this field.

    Put the code to your theme’s functions.php and change the field id at top with your actual field id. It will work as expected.

    2. The taxonomy/posttype fields are not searchable. Sorry, you can not search on the basis of them.
