    Thank you. The site is live now and we have had several users complain about the mobile menu not working.

    Hi Jean,
    I have tested with BuddyPress 3.2, MediaPress 1.4.2, Divi Theme – 3.0.106, Divi Builder 1.3.10 and the menu is working fine.

    Can you please use WP Staging an create a temporary staging and disable everything except the Divi, BuddyPress, MediaPress and check if the menu works on the staging?
