Figured it out. Changed it to:
span.mpp-next { float:right;}
Hi Brajesh,
I have updated the plugin, but now the CSS hack:
a.mpp-next { float:right;}
no longer works? I cannot get the link to float right.
Hi Brajesh,
I have made another website that uses MediaPress and have bought some more of your excellent plugins.
But every time you release an update to it, I have to remember to go in and remove the arrows.
I realize you only have two hands, but could you take another look at including those arrows “inside the anchor element”? Or even removing them altogether.
Cheers,
GrahamHi Brajesh,
Everything seems to work okay.
After blocking, the nicename showed in the block list.
Adding them as a friend did not override the block.
The button to send a private message disappears from the target member’s profile page for the blocked user.
Well done,
Graham- This reply has been marked as private.
Forgot to include the Username Availability Checker, which saves users having to re-enter everything if the name is taken.
Just installed the Extended Friendship Request plugin, as the ability to include a message with the request is a great idea. People are more likely to add a friend if they know why they should bother!
All these added tweaks just make the site so much more user-friendly, and do not use a lot of resources or conflict with existing plugins.
Hi Brajesh,
Yeah, been sitting here staring at the code and thinking “no you can’t add text in CSS” and thinking it will need to be an entry in my child functions.php file. But I only know how to fiddle with code, not make new stuff.
You can only do so much as an amateur detective!
I’ll just remove both sets of arrows from the template file in the meantime.
Thanks,
GrahamThanks Brajesh,
That moved the link, but the >> stays on the left.
Will be out for a few hours. Will check back later.
Graham
@DW Okay. That would explain your confusion then. Didn’t realize you were using something that changes what other users see in a member’s profile.
That would make Brajesh’s idea even more important to you.
Hi Brajesh,
That’s the most logical thing to do. An obvious solution that we should have thought of before.
On another note, just installed your Mediapress plugin. Didn’t realize it was yours at the time. Was going to use the rtMedia one, but it didn’t feel quite right.
Cheers,
Graham
