Upon looking at it more closely, it seems like the version had not changed from the one originally licensed, but perhaps it was removed and re-added and the mod to the .js file you requested was gone. So I put that mod back, although I noted it was on line 132 instead of line 131.
I tried this both with and without updates to the rest of the plugins on the site, which were mostly BD updates.
No URL previews…

Hello,
I have stepped away from this project for a bit, but was was told (and confirmed) that the URL link preview function has broken again.
I noticed that the plugin had been updated, so I re-applied the change to the rtm-url-preview.min.js file you had requested as well, but it’s not working.
No errors being displayed or logged, but no link preview either…
Suggestions?

Thank you – I must have reset it somehow the first time. After re-applying the upgrade on the backup it is fine.

Hello,
Quick question – All the theme customizations made previously were lost in this upgrade. Everything was returned to the default settings.
I can look at a prior backup and compare every single one, but there are a lot and many changes were made.
Is it possible to do this upgrade without resetting all the theme settings to defaults?

That did the trick 🙂
I will need to keep track of this as rtMedia evolves but this is great progress. We will proceed from here and see how things go.
Thank you very much!
I’m really impressed with how well you support your products. It is uncommon and worth every penny of the membership.Janet

Hi Brajesh,
Thank *you* for sticking with it. I did upgrade the theme.
Unfortunately, I am not seeing any preview if I paste directly into a new activity window.I reverted to the WP 2019 theme temporarily and confirmed that it worked there and then returned to the CB theme but did not see a preview.
I also tried adding new group activity with the same result.
This is an example from the JS console – 3 separate errors plus some nonce warnings that I skipped:

Yes. That is a Monday. Who knows what the weekend will bring. Let’s call it Feb 3rd and hopefully it will be less pressure.
Thank you,

Hello,
Yes, you have been very responsive to all my concerns, including this one. It is not common and I appreciate that. Thank you. Unfortunately, as you have observed, the resolution seems more difficult.
For me, the odyssey has been a little longer, I understand your timeline.
I would rather wait a little longer if you can offer me a date that I will be able to stand behind.

Hello,
I really need to get a resolution to this problem. As I have explained before, we cannot proceed and the entire project is halted, for over two weeks now, because the single most central feature is literally everywhere – except Buddypress and bbPress.
I appreciate your willingness to address the issue but I’ve been told “about 2 days” at least 3 times.
If we can’t resume the project first thing tomorrow AM, there isn’t going to be a project anymore. As much as we might like it to be otherwise no one waits weeks for anything in the Internet age.
We’re well past delivery on a project that should have only taken a couple of days from the outset. It is very disappointing.
Can you tell me when this will really be done? We had rtMedia working fine before getting involved with the Community Builder theme and BD plugins, but it is too late to go back now. We’re underwater on the project already.
