I think that the plugin should be great and I don’t want a refund, I just want it to work the way it suppose with LearnDash groups.

I asked them but they usually forward to hired development in such inquiries.

Do I need to create this file? Or it is already available? If so, what is the location?

I’m using BOSS with social learner. And yes, I’m able to select the learndash group in the member type settings.
But once I give a user the member type, it doesn’t add the user to the Learndash group.

P.S. I also tested it on a clean WP 5.3 install only with BuddyPress, your member type plugins and learndash. It didn’t work as well.
