Hi,
We just heard back from our WP maintenance people, WP Buffs, and they report:
We’ve checked the database table and the number of users is the same as what it shows at the back end.
So just the members directory count that is out it seems.
Dale.

Thanks for the reply. I now understand about email – I thought all BP communities would have people logged in but seems not.
In terms of notifying reason I think it should override the default but I’m not too fussy as my default is to notify.
I shall let members know that they need to have their email current and working if they want to be kept informed of moderation.
I have just recently bought the Uncanny Automator myself so look forward to it growing. I already have, love and use extensively WP Fusion and it works alongside that for more power.

One member type is “personal members”
We just created a blank page and then put the shortcode into the page:
[bp-members-list]
Is that the correct shortcode?
When we choose alaphabetical or any other option it just still says no members.
Should I put our site access details in a private reply here?
Dale.
Have sent you a reply as need to get a solution.
I am currently hosted on Kinsta.
Let me know if email doesn’t arrive to you.

Hi,
Here is the documentation for Gravity Forms user registration addon:
https://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/article/user-registration-add-on/
It has partial support for BuddyPress so maybe you can map your member type field.
Then here is a post on how the Gravity user registration hooks can be used:
and here is a post on how one developer made the Buddy Boss member types plugin work with gravity forms but their plugin is slightly different to yours. We are currently using the BuddyBoss plugin but yours seems better:
https://rcvane.com/assign-buddypress-member-type-with-gravity-forms/
You can create addon plugins for Gravity Forms so maybe even that might be the way to go – create an additional addon that works with user registration and your member types plugin?
If custom work required let me know what sort of cost.
Thanks,
Dale.
