    Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
I am sorry for the inconvenience, we only offer PayPal at the moment.

I saw your message a week ago via contact form but the mail address you used was not reachable(reply failed).

Since you had issues paying for the plugin, I had added the plugin to your account manually.

Please visit your BuddyDev Profile->Memberships->Plugins and feel free to download it.

Also, I will appreciate if you updated your email to correct and accessible one.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi,
If that is the case, I believe there should be a solution. It is probably some css conflict.

Please allow us to look into it in the day and assist you.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Marco,
    Thank you.

Any chance you are adding it in a group tab?

BuddyBoss/BuddyPress does not support nested group loops. The content inside tab can be anything except the group loop(It can be a group loop if not using the loop).

When you are putting a group shotrcode, it is creating another group loop. BuddyBoss’s top level loop is used for rendering the current group’s header/content etc. Putting the loop inside the first, breaks the markup.

I don’t see any solution with current BuddyBoss/BuddyPress for this as they have assumed that there will be only one main loop(and have used globals for template tag).

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Marco,
    Thank you for the question.
We have avoided it till now.

If you are using group tab and you have only one sub tab, the sub tab navigations will not be visible.
    I hope that helps.

If you are using profile tab instead, Please let me know.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Ste,
Thank you for the prompt reply.

I am sorry, we had issues with VIKINGER in past. The theme is nice but has too much customizations which does not follow standard BuddyPress structure/queries/hooks.

I will issue your refund in in next 15 mins and reply as I am not sure how much vikinger has changed recently(and if it allows hooks to add compatibility or not).

I will reply back after issuing the refund.

    Regards
    Brajesh

    Hi Ste,
    Welcome to BuddyDev support forums.

Thank you for purchasing from us.

    1. Is there any chance you are checking the comment as site admin? We do not hide activities from site admin on the front end.

If no, which theme/template pack are you using?
Please share the details and I will assist.

    Regards
    Brajesh
