    Hi Nabeel,
    Thank you for clarifying. If it is about BP Chat, it is not supported and updated. So, I won’t suggest even using it for now.

    We will reconsider it next year with websocket support, the current version uses ajax which is not a scalable solution and not advised.

    Specially, make sure to upgrade BP deactivate Account to 1.1.6.

    Hi Slim,
    My apologies for the inconvenience.

    It is happening as you most probably have one of old version of our plugins from the following list

    
BuddyPess User Contact Form
BuddyPress Moderation Tools
BuddyPress Member Types pro
Social Subscribe Box 
BuddyPress User Circles
Facebook Like User Activity Stream

    Please make sure to first upgrade them to their most recent version.

    We had an update in our settings framework and the older already released version could not account for the change in the correct way.

    We have made sure that it won’t happen in future updates as we have changed our strategy for loading the settings framework.

    Once you upgrade these plugins, Please reactivate the Moderation tools. It will work.
