    If you remove the textarea and use the same name/id for selectbox, the value for that field will be used.

    1. Currently you can use the shortcodes(gallery shortcodes)to list gallery by type

    As I understand your post, I believe it is a great idea to have separate directory page for each of the types as filtered.

    I will add it on our track and will try to have it in next milestone.

    My apologies for the delayed reply.

    The bbPress notify Admin send notification whenever posts are created. Most probably the plugin you are using to create the post is not firing these actions

    My apologies for the delayed reply.

    I am sorry but the notification part is not handled by MediaPress. It is done by BuddyPress. You may use my BuddyPress Live Notification plugin to make it better. The Live notification plugin uses hearbeat api and if you are on a shared server, I don’t suggest using it.

    1. Not at the moment. I had plans to do it earlier but it has been delayed a little bit. It is coming for sure . Fir now, you will need to use your theme’s login.

    2. Same as first

    3 Yes, It can be done but I will suggest you using BuddyPress registration Options plugin that helps you to do it in better way instead of disabling activation.

    4. Yes, It can be done on ‘bp_core_activated_user’ . That will work for all users registered via ajax form or not.

    5. Yes, Pleasde visit Settings->BuddyPress->settings and you will see a checkbox there
    6. Yes, Please copy ajax-register-form.php from plugin to your theme and you may modify it as you please.

    For the above point 4, do you want me to post the code, If yes, Please let me know and I will do.
