I am sorry but I am not sure what is the issue here. If other plugins are able to use FFMpeg, so should the Local Transcoder.I will suggest uploading a video and trying to convert it/re queue it and then check that video’s file directory. Do you see any error file generated there.
If yes, please share the content.

Restarting the webserver should clear it most of the time. The process depends on your setup.

PS:- Are you using any caching plugin? do they offer clearing cache/opcache. If they do, you may use them.

Thank you for confirming.Yes, the plugin is compatible with BuddyBoss platform. It seems we added the shortcode recently without testing with the platform. Please allow me 24 hours to push an update to make the shortcode compatible with BuddyBoss platform.

Welcome to BuddyDev forums.I am sorry, the above errors are not related to Recent visitors plugin.
is there any chance you deleted some of the plugins recently?
If you have some kind of cache, try clearing opcache and it should go away. The most common cause for such error is plugins getting deleted but opcache not cleared.
