Are you referring to the “Account” sub tab’s icon?

For BuddyPress profile visibility, Please visit Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS and add the following

#buddypress .bp-settings-container .bp-navs #account-admin-visibility-mode:before {
    content: '\E90D';
}

Which plugin are you using for shop? Is it BuddyCommerce? Please let me and I might be able to help with that.

Are you sing Community Builder theme? If yes, we provide a plugin “BuddyPress Better Experience”.
You can enable this option there for registration page.

You may also use
https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-usernames-only/

to change all display names with usernames.
