Thank you for the question.We do not supply css for the button. It is inherited from your current theme.
You can add custom css via Appearance->Customize and opening “Additional CSS”.

2. You can already link to any url. The box allows any custom html.

Hi Pat,
Unless you use BuddyPress Multi Network plugin(which makes everything separate) or something similar in nature that creates the table for each sites, It is not doable out of the box.BuddyPress when network active, will not create different table for different sites. The fields are managed by BuddyPress, so “BuddyPress Xprofile custom field types” will have no effect on this behaviour.
