BrajeshHello again Brajesh! how are you? thanks for all and for this amazing integration! 🙂 It’s works almost perfect because i have a little issue and i don’t know if i’m missing out something.
I have two Levels: A (Premiun TestTime) and B (Community).
I have two Members Types: Business (Vendor Role) and Community (Suscriber Role)
When Level A ends the Membership automatically change to Level B.The first step works perfect,
When i set Level A to the user automatically change the Member Type and the ROLE (the most important) too.
But the second step fail:
When Level A ends the Level B autoasign to the user, it’s OK, but the Member Type not change and the ROLE (the most important too) not change it too.
The two levels are available and the two Sync options are checked on both LEVELS:
Marked – On subscription activation, set user’s member type(s) to the selected ones.
Marked – On subscription expire/removal, remove these member types from user. Can you tell me what more can i test o reconfigure. Thanks a lot! 🙂
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for sharing the details. To accomplish the above, Please uncheck “On subscription expire/removal, remove these member types from user” for level 1(whose expiration changes level)
In this case, when a level is changed to level 2, the set will apply and set the user’s member type to the new one and update the role accordingly.
We have a mechanism to prevent recursion and in the second change plugin assumes there may be recursion.
Unchecking the expiration checkbox will make it work.

BrajeshOuuch i didn’t know Brajesh, so sorry! Don’t worry just when you feel better is not critical. Always the first is the health 🙂
When a new user sign up via facebook or via form on: https://proyectocanino.com/comunidad/registrarse-en-la-comunidad-de-proyecto-canino/ the Member Type by default is asigned automatically to “Miembro de la Comunidad” (Role: Suscriber).
Then when a user pay a membership I setup manually the level: “Premium Mensual” that is linked with Member Type “Miembro de Negocios” (Role: Vendor) and when the membership ends i need to make the transitions to the Level “Freemium” that is linked with Member Type “Miembro de la Comunidad” (Role: Suscriber) automatically, this last step is the little issue.
Thanks a lot!
Hi Daniel ,
No problem. I am doing much better now.Thank you for clarifying. I will setup it today and let you kow.
Regards
Brajesh
