While you’re there, I don’t suppose you would know how to change the icons in [adverts_categories]

    https://wpadverts.com/documentation/displaying-categories-adverts_categories/

So you can’t change the icons inside the plugin, but someone mentioned they got around it by using some CSS. Wasn’t sure if you had any ideas if I had my own icons.

    Hi Graham,
Though you can change it in the plugin(I guess you already know this), the icon set is fixed. It is changeable from add/edit categories page.

And yes, an icon can always be changed via css. I will post the css for font awesome icon example.

How about if I wanted to swap in my own icon? Would that be possible?

I know you can change the icons but they’re a bit generic and well out of scope of my own site.

    Hi Graham,
    The update is available now

Please download it from your account page.
For the list of changes, Please see this link
    https://buddydev.com/docs/guides/community-builder/miscellaneous/community-builder-releases

The release fixes the issue with the WPAdverts(please try uploading new images and check) and adds layout compatibility with Geo Directory. It also fixes the selectbox issue( and in future should be compatible with any plugin using select2/choose scripts).

Also, I have updated the tutorial for the verified plugin, In WordPress 4.7, Additional CSS was introduced and putting our code there makes it work.

Please do let me know your findings.

    Thank you
    Brajesh

Coming back here, is there a way to hide the header on WP Advert categories?

    https://airsoftnation.co.uk/advert-category/rifles/

    EDIT:

On second review, it seems to be any archive pages that can be found within plugins (like virtual pages / not real ones)

    Hi Graham,
Please visit Customize->Blog->Archive and tick off the Show Page header option at the top.

Does that make it work? You can do the same for post types from the respective section in blog panel.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Graham,
You are right about the issue. It is happening with the archive page. I am putting up an update in an hour.

    Thank you

    Hi Graham,
I have pushed another release with the fixes for this(archive setting will work for all archives) and a few more enhancements.

    Please check.

    Thank you
    Brajesh
