    Hi,

    I have uploaded a video with Mediapress having activated rating and counter.

    As you can see here https://ibb.co/D1k3drG there is no preview but only a black logo camera.

    Then, i cannot see rating and views number is only readable in the gallery page where there is not present the video (that has been uploaded as a post).

    Where am I making wrong?

    just for confirmation.

    Is this the unique procedure to have video preview of uploaded video?

    Am I understanding well that rating and reviews only works inside a gallery and not in a post?

    Hi,

    I have installed FFmpeg in the server; only the last instruction say to load it with this code:

    ” require ‘vendor/autoload.php’; ” but I don’t know where to add.

    Then, I have gone to the plugin https://buddydev.com/plugins/mpp-local-transcoder/ but page is 404 and I have downloaded it from here: https://github.com/mediapress/mpp-local-transcoder

    Only, because page is 404 please tell me if plugin from github works properly.

    Hi Giuseppe,

    1. Please delete the plugin you have downloaded from GitHub.

    2. Please visit this page

    https://buddydev.com/plugins/mediapress-local-transcoder/

    and download the plugin from there.

    Please follow the instructions on the plugin page and avoid from the topic as they might be outdated. There is no need for anything like including vendors if you download it from our site.

    Please give it a try.
