Please visit Dashboard->settings->WP Login Notifier and there you will see the settings. Ignore the warning for now.
The plugin is compatible with current WordPress, I will push a updated readme file to fix that plugin repo notice.

Thank you for the question.
Are you using community builder?Most of the theme(including ours) won’t add archive.php as index.php acts as a simple fallback. We only need to add archive.php if we can not use the fallback template(mostly styling/content purpose).

Thank you.If you are comfortable with PHP, try enabling WP_DEBUG, WP_DEBUG_LOG and trace the request. That should give some insight.
Changing activity per page, causing this issue seems strange to me.

You may use BuddyPress Activity Shortcode. But that will not work with youzer(or BP Nouveau template pack).

I am sorry but I haven’t used it.There are 2 solutions available. Another is by Boone which has not been updated for last 5 years too

Also, achieving actual privacy with attachments is a problemetic aspect with WordPress, that’s why there haven’t been many plugins for BuddyPress attachment.

Currently, it will not be performant and I am not comfortable with adding a plugin which I feel will be a bottleneck for our users in future.For now, There are 2 existing solutions(Please google it) and I have seen both. Both have issues with scalability.
We do not plan to create it unless we can improve on the existing solution.

I guess you are looking for rate limiting. At the moment, we are unable to add something like this(It is not adding much value to our portfolio and we already have plugins for rate limiting for Activity/Private messages).We will be keeping it in our future list of plugins for BuddyPress though.
