If you are looking for conditions then here is an exampleif ( count_user_posts( get_current_user_id(), 'your_post_type' ) > 10 ) { // do something. }Change the post type and count.

The BP Group email subscription handles the email well.Still, There is no harm in using a mail queue plugin.

Hi Daniel,
My suggestion will be to to use a staging environment and then first use a different theme and test if that works, you can test by disabling individual plugins.Here is how I test
1. Disable bp-custom.php and check
2. Change theme check
3. Look for the plugins and make a list based on probability of conflict(activity related or exclusion etc plugin have higher priority). Then disable one by one and test.Also, if you can use a staging environment for this, it will be better.
