Hi Marcie,
Thank you for confirming.Will it be feasible for you to allow me test it on the site? From your list of plugins, I don’t see any plugin causing conflict.
I am also using the same version of s2 members, so I am not sure what is causing it. If possible, Please allow me temporary admin access to the site. I will like to test it and wil hopefully find a reason/solution.

I have tested it and it seems to be working fine for me.Here is a screenshot when I set the Zero level(subscriber) to 0.

I am sorry but hiding already uploaded over quota media by storage will not be feasible. It will be way more complex to do it for the existing media. Sorry about this.
