Please upgrade to 1.2.0
https://buddydev.com/plugins/conditional-profile-fields-for-buddypress/Once you have updated, please visit User->Profile fields and check if it is showing the applied conditions correctly(I have added some info after title of the field to identify conditions).
After that, please check your registration/Edit profile page. They will work.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.Is there anything specific about your installation. I tested on WordPress 4.9 and BuddyPress 2.9.2 again and it is working.
1. Are you on multisite?
2. Are you using any caching plugin?
3. What happens when user deactivates account?Thank you

I believe the issue is due to importing of the media since I am unable to reproduce it after trying numerous time.Still, It does not make sense why a media which is accessible to the user won’t open in lightbox.
I am sorry but I am not very comfortable with registering on the site due to the tagline. Is that real? Or can I use a temp email there?

I am sorry but I am unable to provide any assistance on this currently due to lack of time.Adding Uppercase etc on multisite needs investigation and at least 1-2 hours of effective time, and I am unable to have that much free time at the moment due to other priorities.
If you are able to find a script that allows compatibility, I can provide an update the for username changer.
P.S:- Or I will look at this on my on peace when the things get a little bit less crowded here.
