The Group Tabs Plugin does not affect the content you put on a tab. It simply provides a container for inserting content to a tab.
If you are using elementor, you may consider creating a template and using a template shortcode to add elementor content on the tab.
We have limited exposure to elemtnor, so not sure how their modal box works.
If you can provide us with the steps you have done to achieve it, we may be able to assist.

That’s exactly what I mentioned in my previous reply.
You can not remove a default sub nav without forcing another default.
‘public’ is the default profile sub nav and you are removing it causing 404. If you are getting redirected to somewhere else, you may have a 404 redirection enabled.

That’s strange. The who’s online widget takes dimensions of thumbnail, so that should have worked. I will ask @ravisharma to test and assist.

Can you please try re-uploading your profile photo to see if it regenerates?
Also, have you put the code in bp-custom.php or somewhere else?
