The URL that you are referring to is being handled by BuddyBoss(not WordPress, it will give 404 without BuddyBoss).

Thank you for letting us know.In your case, the single post page is rendered by BuddyBoss theme.
Please contact BuddyBoss and ask them how to enable showing the post author details for single post of a custom post type.
It is a general issue with BuddyBoss and custom post type and they can fix/assist you quickly with it.

Thank you for your question and interest in the plugin.I am sorry, we have dropped support for BuddyBoss in that plugin ad there is no plan to re-enable it. BuddyBoss has too many places hardcoded things which are not suitable for providing the anonymous activity.

We have tested the plugins together and they are working fine. It seems that some of the specific BuddyBoss configuration may not be compatible with BuddyBlog Pro as it is not working on your site.Please visit the page that generates the error and then share with us the error log. We will find the reason and provide the solution.
