    Hope you are doing well.

    If you have a staging site, Please give a try to current version of MediaPress from here

    https://github.com/buddydev/mediapress

    You can enable comment uploads from dashboard->MediaPress->Settings->BuddyPress tab. The plugin is compatible with BP Nouveayu/BP Legacy template pack as well as Community Builder theme.

    We are still testing it in various environments before going for a public release.

    Please do share you feedback.

    Thank you for the replies.

    It seems BuddyBoss has introduced another bug again.

    The error

    
Fatal error
: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function bbp_kses_allowed_tags() in wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-platform/bp-members/bp-members-filters.php:686

    is coming from their plugin. I will suggest posting the whole error log(that you have shared with me) to them.

    My guess is they are conditionally loading some functions while inadequately applying it to the filter.

    Please share it with their support and they will fix it.

    Hi Tosin,

    1. The relationship API will be available soon(couple of weeks). It has been complete since January. We did not release as It needs unit tests as well as an implementation of the BP follow using this API. On its own, the bare bone APi is not of much use for anyone. I am hoping to work on that portion after MediaPress release(next couple of days, there will be new release of MediaPress).

    2. It will not be available for atleast next 2 months. We have 2 other priorities before we start building it. It is a major plugin and will need couple of months for development. I will update you once we have something to show it.

    The URL that you are referring to is being handled by BuddyBoss(not WordPress, it will give 404 without BuddyBoss).

    Thank you for letting us know.

    In your case, the single post page is rendered by BuddyBoss theme.

    Please contact BuddyBoss and ask them how to enable showing the post author details for single post of a custom post type.

    It is a general issue with BuddyBoss and custom post type and they can fix/assist you quickly with it.
