    Hi Oliver,
    Thank you for the patience and the kind words.

    Please upgrade to 1.2.0 (You can use BuddyDev Dashboard to automatically upgrade).

    After that, Please visit Settings->BuddyCircles->Miscellaneous and make sure that members directory tabs are enabled. It will work now.

    Please give it a try and let me know.

    Is it about WooCommerce subscription? we added support when one of our members provided access to it around one year ago. We don’t have a license for it and can’t test.

    If you are able to troubelshoot, Please do share the solution or if you can provide us access to the subscription plugin, Please do and we will take care of it.

    I was able to check it on your site.
    what is the issue that you are facing on members directory? I can see that users are able to be added/removed form circle. Are you looking to filter by circle there?

    Also, I am not sure what do you mean by this “Also unable to see circles sub circles groups in member profile”.
    The circle tab is right after the groups tab on your site.

    You are welcome.

    At the moment, I will not suggest leaving BuddyBoss theme. We are hoping to provide an alternative this year but there is no proper time line due to our current backlog and it is going to take significant effort.

    For the time being, I will suggest staying with BuddyBoss if you are already using it. They have a very good theme( the look and feel of it and I don’t see any similar feel theme for BuddyPress.)

    I think that a Group is more suited for this type of use case. Institute can be a group.

    Member types are taxonomy terms, you can use them to categorize users into these types but how will you relate them will be totally upto you(may be as meta? or custom teable).
