Hi Natalie,
Is there any chance that the profile that you are viewing does not have any data(has empty fields) for that profile field group?
If not, Please link me to a screenshot showing the user’s edit profile page(for that group) and the custom tab.

Thank you for the question.1. BuddyPress does not add “BP NOTICE:”. Please share a screenshot showing it to help us identify the cause.
2. We don’t have any available plan for month to month BuddyPress support yet. Please feel free to ask any question which is related to BuddyPress core. We will do our best to assist you.

Hi Natalie,
You are welcome.
Please visit the xprofile screen(if using BuddyPress, you can visit by navigating to Dashboard->Users->Profile Fields).
There you will find the list of Profile field groups that you have created. Click on edit and you will see the group id as shown below.https://i.ibb.co/CHYXcTf/Selection-428.png

Hi Anders,
Please login to your Dashboard and look for Loco translate menu. After that, Please follow these steps:-1. Click on “Plugins” menu of the loco translate. It will list all installed plugins.
2. In that list of plugins, Please click on “BuddyPress” and translate.Regards

When I try to login to your site, I am presented with WordPress.com login. The flow of login for a self hosted site is different and that seems the issue.Is there any way for you to use normal login?
