    Welcome to BuddyDev.

    I am guessing it is issue with what navigation item you have added and not with BuddyBlog.

    Can you please click on your name(top right account drop down) and the Profile->edit and tell me where it takes?

    For the left nav, Please visit dashboard->Appearance->Menu and make sure you are usign profile edit link not BuddyBlog’s edit link.

    Thank you for the details.

    I need a little bit more details to assist you.

    Are you using MediaPress for Group and sitewide gallery too or just the user gallery?
    If it is being used for group and sitewide gallery, I won’t be able to re-associate as we need the meta data to know which groups they were part of.

    Also, Please grant me temporary access to database(phpmyadmin if using that) and the WordPress dashboard to fix it.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue.

    Is there any chance you used some kind of database cleanup tool recently? It seems to me that the needed post meta has been removed and that’s causing the issue.

    If not, has there been any change recently on the server like installing/upgrading a plugin?

    I am sorry for the delay in reply. Please allow me to think about it a bit more. We did not plan for anonymous users from the beginning, so we need to think about it before adding any feature that takes in that direction.

    My main concerns are the “after submission” redirect that will most probably become troubling for users.

    Thank you for the patience.

    I have tested the trial membership today and the memberpress/auto friendship is working.

    I used “author” role and the operator was “In”.

    I could not verify on staging site as the staging site seems to be down. Can you please use one of the core WordPress roles(e.g. contributor ) and try the same. It might be an issue due to custom role(just a guess).
