    I am sorry to hear about your issue.

    Since the themes you have used or the plugins are not ours, Your best solution is for the theme company to contact. I have checked your site and I do not see any reason(other than some configuration causing it).
    Even though we are prioritizing only our paid members currently, I appreciate you being with us for multiple years in the past and will be glad to assist.

    Please share the admin details and I can quickly check it.

    We have issued the refund via PayPal. The plugin needs MediaPress and can not work without it.

    I have tried it and I am not seeing any reason why it is not.

    Is it a multisite install? If yes, you may try deactivating the auto activate plugin and then network activating it.

    If that does not work, Please allow me next 2 days to test on the BuddyBoss multisite and get back to you.

    Thank you for the replies.

    1. You were right. There was an issue with the rendering of the select/radio/checkbox options throwing notices. It is fixed in 1.0.3
    2. We had not tested on MDPI screens. Did it now and have fixed the overflowing of the workflow metabox.

    Please upgrade to 1.0.3 and let me know if it is working as expected or not?

    As far as I can see, It seems that Wordfence is preventing it from working properly. Can you please temporarily disable Wordfence and let me know if it works or not?

    I can check for the Wordfence settings causing the conflict after that.
