    The User Interface is mostly falls on the soldiers of the theme. You can check our Community Builder theme to see how we have accomplished the same.

    The plugin shows following in the stream:-

    1. User activity
    2. User’s friends/folllowing’s activity
    3. User’s group activity( by anyone else)

    It excludes any other activity from the site(which are not related to the user or user’s group).

    is that happening or not?

    Yes, It is possible to develop something like this but it is beyond what we want with this plugin. Making such change for allowing changes with a social plugin does not add much value and we are unable to spend our time on it.

    The code is specific for registration.

    There are 2 possible ways to achieve your goal.
    The simple one is to edit the member header.

    If your goal is to filter out all the places, there is a plugin(a bit old though)
