The other user had a basic question about limiting viewing of a group. Your issue is more of a restrictions. We are working on a solution for this and will be offering in future.

Thank you fro the question.Here are my suggestions.
1. Register a private post type( I am assuming you are using Post Type UI or similar plugin)
2. Set this post type as BuddyBlog post type
3. Set the show posts on profile to yesThat should do it(If there is an issue with private post not becoming available in the post type selection drop down, Please let me know).
