Hi Timothy,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin.The plugin is not compatible with BuddyBoss yet. There are some issue with notification emails not being anonymous.
I will suggest avoid using it until we push a BuddyBoss compatible version.
To answer your other questions:-
1. Yes, via code.
2. No. It does not make user’s anonymous.PS:- I will issue the refund within 24 hours and write back.

I am sorry about that. On all our plugins, we have it specified clearly that updates for an year is included(just below the pricing button).I completely agree that you should receive a notification when the license expires. I am putting it as a priority now.
