You can use any localization tools to translate that label currently. I will recommend using POEdit or you may try a translation plugin.

Is there any chance you are using it on Ubuntu and the ffmpeg was installed via snap?
We do not need php-ffmpeg package. We execute the actual binary using shell_exec.

The plugin does not provide options to do it out of the box.
you can override the shortcode template in your theme/child theme to achieve the above.
